Our client was arrested along with two others by the Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Fish & Wildlife in connection with the cultivation of approximately 1,000 marijuana plants, possession of about 15 pounds of processed marijuana, cash, and several firearms at a residence in Temecula. After a thorough investigation of the case, we convinced the prosecutor to dismiss all charges against our client.
