Sexual Assault Allegation Our client, a security guard at an apartment complex, was accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl after allegedly kissing her in a stairwell. The accusation arose when the security guard discovered the teenager and her boyfriend in the stairwell and was about to report their conduct to their parents. At trial, we presented evidence showing that the allegation was fabricated by the teenagers in an attempt to avoid getting into trouble.
